THE TEAM
Rachel graduated from National Beauty College in Canton, Ohio in 2019 and holds a cosmetology license. With over four years of experience with lash extensions, Rachel continues to increase her knowledge and skills to better serve her clients. Her passion has always been for the beauty industry and dreamed of always working in a salon. She always knew she wanted a salon of her own and after booth renting for three years at the salon in Portage Lakes, she opened The Lash Room at the Lakes in February of 2023.
Rachel specializes in lash extensions, but also offers brow services. The thing she finds most rewarding in the beauty industry is empowering women and making them feel beautiful. Currently, Rachel accepts new clients based on referral only.

KATIE SCRITCHFIELD
Katie graduated from cosmetology school in 2019 where she began working in a full service salon offering hair, nail, and lash extension services. Because her passion for lash extensions grew, she decided to move her focus to that specifically and was an integral part of the opening of The Lash Room.
Katie specializes in Volume, Hybrid and Classic Lash Extensions along with brow lamination and facial waxing. She is currently accepting new clients.
lexi anderson
Lexi knew from a young age that she wanted a career in the beauty and fashion industry. Her combined love of fashion and art led her to start working in a salon her junior year of high school as a receptionist. She graduated from National Beauty College with her cosmetology license in 2011. With now over 10 years in the industry, she took a step back from behind the chair and decided to further her career, focusing solely on nails, nail art, and make up. She continues to further her education every year and specializes in detailed nail art and event make up. Lexi also looks forward to becoming certified in other areas of the beauty industry and helping women find their inner Goddess. She is currently accepting new clients.
LEXIE TAKAS
Growing up, Lexie fell in love with the idea of helping others. After many different career paths, she finally came to realize the beauty industry is where she belongs. Lexie graduated from Portage Lakes Career Center in 2024 where she obtained her ethetician license. Her goal is to help as many clients create a positive relationship with their skin as possible, providing them with the confidence they deserve. Lexie offers an array of facials for all skin types and concerns. However, she likes to specialize in acne/corrective treatments. She also provides all lash and brow services, as well as waxing. Lexie is currently accepting new clients.
